Neemon comes into play, playing a free Tommy, Zoe, or Koichi from hand. While Neemon is on field, you can recur your Blue/Purple Tamers that go to trash while having a Hybrid on them.
Tommy gets rid of digivolved Tamers/inheritables/just ruins Tai Kamiya ST-1 strats.
Zoe searches security for Hybrid. Of course, since the Hybrids in security aren't too many, Yellow Hybrids aren't necessary to digivolve on top of Zoe for repeated On Play effects from Neemon recursion. Zoe copies are just added to slightly even out the deck and to search for Hybrids/have a playable Tamer in hand when playing Neemon.
Koichi has decent On Play and On Deletion effects, nothing too spectacular. *Should you happen to get 2 Neemon out on the field, Koichi can set up your trash by trashing a Tamer from your hand. By discarding Tamers into your trash, you will be able to play extra Tamers. Example: You have one Neemon in play already and one Tamer in play. You have 5 memory at start of turn. Play Neemon from hand for 3. On Play effect activates and plays Koichi Kimura from hand. Koichi's On Play activates, drawing one and you trash a Tamer. Currently 1 Tamer in Trash. Digivolve on your Tamer that has already been in play and swing. Hybrid crashes and is deleted. Use both Neemons' effect to recover the Tamer that you trashed from hand as well as the Tamer that was just sent to Trash. I'm the same way, Demimeramon can also set up like this.
The main combo is to Digivolve onto Matt Ishida, swing at opponent's security, crash, Neemon returns Matt Ishida to field, and you retrieve a Purple Hybrid, to set up for next turn swing. The whole combo after Neemon and Matt Ishida are on field costs 2 to Digivolve on Matt and you can repeatedly recur Matt and Purple Hybrid turn after turn, while also drawing 1 from Digivolve, but since Matt is returned to your field, you'll get set to at least 3 memory on your next turn. Alternatively, Tommy is pretty good to crash into security too, since removing bottom 3 Digivolution cards of a Digimon is a really good effect. If Matt isn't in play, then just try crashing while Digivolved on Koichi. The effect isn't too amazing, but it's still pretty nice.
Elecmon selectively removes Lv3's on Opponent's side when deleted, and that's a really good card to have especially since a lot of Level 3's like to chill out on the field, (Neemon, Bokomon, Huckmon, Veemon, etc...) Tapirmon is for cycling through deck to find pieces that you need.
Edit: Didn't really like including Zoe. Zoe could sometimes be played for free from Neemon, but testing out sample hands/security stacks, a good amount of the time, there are no hybrids in the security. More times than not, hybrids are in the security, but I don't like having Zoe in the deck for the times that her effect is useless- she feels like a waste of a card slot in this deck.
Replaced 3x Zoe with 1x Elecmon, 1x Sora & Joe, and 1x Korikakumon.
