BT-04 Pack rarity

On pulling some packs of BT-04 I noticed there is an issue with the card pool. Currently it looks like every card is duplicated as an unknown rarity. The 2 rare slots of the pack are currently pulling from the pool of Rare, Super, Secret, Alternate Art, and Unknown. This leads to some instances where you pull no rares from the pack.
To the best of my understanding the 1st rare slot should pull only from the rare pool and the 2nd rare slot should pull from the Rare, Super, Secret, and Alternate Art pool.
