Well, you are in the right place then! Here is a deck list you can buy out of singles that will have some decent success. Hammer spark is one of the few cards in here that costs a couple bucks but it is essential to blue. I tried to keep the deck as a whole balanced in terms of price and strength. The end result is stronger than than the two starters you would typically buy when beginning the game.
