This is my updated Shinegreymon deck. The new support is really strong and helps accelerate the deck to achieving its win conditions. The new Koromon makes the yellow base much better than it was before. The new Marcus is also quite strong. Speaking of Marcus, there are quite a few strong ones now which leads to some issues in deck building. Due to the effect of BT 17 Marcus being mandatory I cut back on the card. This is because it is a little risky to use although I do like the blocker into memory gain with DP shred during your opponents turn thing. It also has a nasty combo with the old Burst Mode. It can let you have far more attacks. Honestly the card is amazing if used right but I heard from a lot of people that the card isn't good. Then there is the debate on what ratios to run with the GeoGreymon and RizeGreymon. The new RizeGreymon is a busted card which allows the deck to be far more aggressive than ever before. But deck space is tight and as a result there is a debate to be made to cut back on the Level 5s to run only 6 or 7 of them. In which case what one do you cut down on? The tamer setting RizeGreymon is an amazing card. It does so much for the deck. But this new RizeGreymon is amazing for enabling the decks combos. It works especially well with the evolving Marcus. You can turn it into a Digimon and immediately attack with it. Using its effect you can turn the Rizegreymon into a Shinegreymon and give that Marcus an additional two security checks thanks to alliance. You can do this on your second turn. You can even hard play a Marcus to enable this due to the new GeoGreymon which is probably the second best one we have. The best being the restricted one for obvious reasons. But there is a debate to be made on which is actually better. Speaking of GeoGreymon, the tamer setter, the memory gain, and the new GeoGreymon are all competing with each other for deck space. I settled on the ratio that is in this post for now. Subject to change over time. I wanted to run two Yellow Memory Boost alongside the trainings but couldn't find room. I actually am considering the Marcus to be in that spot right now. They are important so I have to run them.
