Deck Primer
This is my updated Chronicles deck. Chronicles is a deck that I have thought was interesting since its first release. I thought it was a really cool deck. And over time it had started to grow on me. If you have been following me for a while, you would know that I happen to be a huge fan of the Dorumon line. But surprisingly enough I don't actually like Alphamon all that much. I always thought it was a weird inclusion into the Dorumon line that came out of nowhere.

And over time it had started to grow on me. If you have been following me for a while, you would know that I happen to be a huge fan of the Dorumon line. But surprisingly enough I don't actually like Alphamon all that much. I always thought it was a weird inclusion into the Dorumon line that came out of nowhere. That's why I prefer Dorugoramon. It feels much more natural. But over time I learned more about the franchise as a whole and found out that Alphamon has another line. A third line that Dorumon can go into that is rarely used in media anymore. Raptordramon, Grademon, Alphamon. That's why I like Chronicle more than Alphamon itself. It feels like what Alphamon should have been in the first place. But enough of that rambling. Chronicle is getting a new option card very soon which will make the deck far more consistent and memory efficient. But it does compete with the other option card for the deck. That's why I am torn on the ratios. I'm settling on a 2/3 ratio of the old option and the new one. One is meant for defense and the other is for aggression. I'm glad to see the new support but I want a third line to help smooth out the ratios. Where is the Dorugamon line? I really am curious as to why we don't have one yet for Chronicle. Did it not appear in the manga? Probably considering I have yet to read it. But whatever we do get in the future may drastically change the way this deck is viewed in the future.
