Adjusted the deck for the new ban list. The old Fenriloogamon got restricted. As a result I replaced the extra copies with the new one....

I adjusted the decks ratios to include the Promo Pteromon and the other Promo Galemon. This makes the deck able to reach higher DP thresholds...
