Draw cards, trash from your hand, trigger your on delete effects, then bring back Lv3s with Night Raid and Anubismon.
I'm in the UK, and this deck cost me a total of £45 to make, and that's including the Purple starter deck I bought and upgraded into this, and 2 Cresgarurumon and the 4 Blocker Devimon would cost as much as the starter deck so it was worth it. Anyway, £45=62$, so hopefully you can make it for around that much too.
