Extremely Aggro Deck. Isn't afraid to double Blinding Ray turn one into 2 Bulkmons.
I.E. God Line = Turn 1
Opening Hand = 2x Blinding Ray, 2x P-028 Pulsemon, Any Rookie (Jamming Pulsemon Prefered).
Blinding Ray > Blinding Ray > Pulsemon for 2 > Draw Bulkmon > Rookie on Baby > Draw Bulkmon > Bulkmon for 2 > Draw a Spiral > Bulkmon for 2 > Draw an Electric Rush.
Turn 2.
Swing with Bulkmon Gain 1 Memory > Electric Rush > Swing > Swing with other Bulkmon.
Now they have no security stack and you can play a Rookie or Meicoomon and delete their champion maybe. Or Digivolve into Angewoman and make their possibly only Digimon unable to hit you that turn. Or even just Spiral the only guy they have if it's sub 6k DP and Bulkmons survived.
