I'm trying to playtest and think of ways to make BT21 Arrester work but I can't really see it as of right now. Maybe the new support that hasn't been released yet will be good, but the new Tagiru is actually really good granted it's a 4 cost while RB1 Hiro is a 3 that does the same thing.
