This is admittedly slightly suboptimal. I typically will run slightly suboptimal decks in favor of a little bit of flavor, that's just how I like to play, so I have included the parasaurmons and toropiamons in the interest of having the full hydramon line present in the deck. if you want a more competitive build, you would cut the parasaurmons for another weedmon and 3 redvegiemon, and you would cut the toropiamon for 2 cherrymon. The Shivamon just comes down to player preference. If you want something that will force your opponent to dedicate resources to it while you build out your other stuff, shivamon is a great target, as it prevents option cards from being played and removes security just by existing. But if you would rather just widen the board all at once, then you might include additional targets for ajatarmon instead or some tamers that give you memory/searches. The bloomlordmon and hydramon are pretty much mandatory though if you want this deck to get any work done. Maybe you like it, maybe you don't, but hopefully this deck helps you figure out yours.
