Mastemon, Merva / Retaliation blockers version
Another deck focusing on reviving level 4s, except this time it's a lot more defensive and stall-centric.
With some setup, you can Digi-Xros Mervamon for 8 clost with an Ignitemon underneath, revive a Gatomon and a retaliation Devimon, then gain 1 memory from Ignite inherit. Hopefuly you can stall for the next turn with a 12kdp blocker and a level 4 retaliation blocker where you can then do standard Gatomon shenanigans, and it only cost 7 cost total! (Beware of Death X tho)
Mervamon allowing itself to be played for 8 cost is interesting because it is a level 6 that can be played while you're at 0 memory that also has an additional effect. This makes it perfect for Ordinemon shenanigans as Ordinemon requires 2 level 6s (one yellow one purple) as long as you have the DNA digivolve Gatomon underneath the other stack.
Standard Mastemon plays still apply, especially with Ignitemon and Ophanimon Falldownmode
