Well this deck is surprisingly decent outside of pauper. The goal is to get as many multi attacks as possible using the non once per turn Regalecusmon with Ebidramon and MegaSeadramon to reuse its effect to play out multiple bodies onto the board quickly and put them back into your sources to reuse their effects and cycle through your cards. It is also quite shocking to me that most of the cards for the Aquatic/Sea Animal decks are available for Pauper. Sadly the Huankumon that would have been broken in this deck is a rare so it isn't available for the format.
