After about 4 months into the game that's the most optimal pulsemon deck I could come up with, it will lose a bit less than green pulse (yes not win, lose less).
Just focus on stacking trainings and tamers for the takemika evo and pray it isn't an actually competent deck on the other side.
Why i chose yellow even with the new support: The deck desperately needs training but all of the tamers and eggs are yellow so i dont get how green variants should work.
How can pulsemon almost not lose?
Pulsemon isn't an aggressive deck in its current core(older cards like Kazuchimon (BT7-041) tried to go full agro but it doesn't have the pulsemon text so it's pretty much unusable), so we go with the midrange/sec control playstyle using tools like dp reduction, recovery and as much protection as possible like barrier and fortitude.
Since this is a tamer focused deck the setup makes it mandatory to see leon in any form, Leon Alexander (BT17-086) is the best one to have without the Pulsemon (BT17-030)
after that you either pass on boutmon or just go for the kazuchimons if you need to stun the game
The current goal of the deck is to setup 1 tamer (depends on what you have available), 1 training on delay and kazuchi for that big explosive 4 security blowout
Why Fenriloogamon: Takemikazuchi (BT17-101) even after the limits
The inheritables of both kazuchis are so good that they only need a lv7 pulsemon name to put them to use, the bt20 is just sec+1 with extra steps, plus if you have two wolfs with bt20 under you print 1 life on both players turn, and the older one makes takemika delete boards way better but the best part is the EOT effect
As for the wolf itself both effects are absurdly needed when the late game starts, this deck hates high dp digimon so the -16000 is the best removal available(adstakto and thunderflame are great but we either miss the effect we need or we pass on a nothing burguer and lose next turn anyways), the second eff is also insane fo it's synergy with Boutmon (BT17-036) and Bulkmon (BT17-03)
Another great synergy are the inheritables from the lv5 guys (only exception being the Boutmon (BT20-034) that has "trash sec when deleting op digimon"), If you have a big stack takemika can hit once, delete security, unsuspend from our lv5s and hit again (when attacking eff not opt!!)
there's also the fact that we don't have anything else to do with the deck, shroudmon has the same problem that the options have and shiva ace just isn't enough to win since it stays on the field doing nothing other than swinging
Hacker Pride (BT17-098)
Use it to loop around the takemika swing and Kazuchimon (BT17-040) or Kazuchimon (BT20-035) and stack security (wargrey ace can be annoying if you dont have it)
Lv5s
Boutmon (BT20-034) is the worst to stack with since it loses 2 security checks but you can combo fortitude with the dual tamer so it comes back twice and does the effect twice for some extra stickiness(same with Kazuchimon (BT20-035))
The others
The main gimmic of this deck is hitting the sweet spot of 3 security so ofc we love trashing to unsuspend
Lv4s
Since we do rely on ramping a lot of mana Bulkmon (BT17-034) clears floodgates and sets the possibility of clearing the board with tempomon and kazuchi
Bulkmon (BT20-032) is the best lv4 of the deck, it can setup for the sweet 3 or recover enough to live an extra turn or hit again for game
Namake is just great protection and can become or turn other digimon into blockers with reboot, letting you be aggressive without losing too much health
Lv3s
Bt17 is the best rookie in the game, it can recover when you need it and when you don't combining with the egg you gain 2 mana, making a 1 mana play turn into a lv5 with protection + a tamer
Bt16 could be just insane but its not yellow so you can't get it from training (please Bandai announce an archetype training this deck locks itself out of so many good cards for color reasons)
Bt20 is a generic good cost reduction rookie, it does exactly what it needs to do and nothing more
The egg
Bt17 is the only playable egg wich kinda sucks since it also locks you out of some good green options but for the deck itself it's simply strong! You always start with two extra mana (1 from the tamer and 1 from bibi), if you have the memory setter your turn begins with 5 mana, wich is exactly what you need to get straight into kazuchimon without losing turn.
Conclusion
I just love this deck so much! The main gimmic is the most fun playstyle I've seen in this game but I wish it was somewhat playable tho, its still too slow and the only viable support is bt20 kazuchi so the core of the deck remains an weird mix of being locked out of generic support due to the variety of colors and not having enough good cards inside the archetype, but nonetheless I will keep losing with style lmao
Ps.
English isn't my original language but I hope this gets more people to like and play pulsemon, maybe some other decklists can make this deck work somehow Idk
