With the board locked down, you can suicide your creatures into security a lot. EX-02 MegaGarg and Ground Fang also lets you bounce/tuck digimon that can't be deleted in battle. This deck makes it easy to turn your dudes sideways, so Shivamon can prevent your opponent from manually breaking the board, meaning they have to rely on Security effects for disruption.
