Honestly the new blue stuff doesn't do a whole lot for the deck, but there is some cool utility stuff and versatility with the deck now having access to generic blue stuff (even then, ice wall is a debatable inclusion). I feel like you could take advantage of the deck having an in-line blue level 4 for DNA shenanigans with shakkoumon (shakkoumon actually has decent synergy with the deck on top of being a really good standalone card). Might try and make that a thing.
