Usually see my self waiting for the opponent to deck out not too aggro on this list. Digimon emperor is used in rare occasions being that if the opponent uses level 3's otherwise not really something to prioritize, if you hit it in sec then thats a plus, otherwise I dont hard play it unless I have the extra memory.
