Here's the deal: Lilamon is under either Mega, you activate Dimension Scissor. Mega Attacks, Lilamon effect suspends an opponent's Digimon. You delete it, Dimension Scissor unsuspends you. Repeat ad infinitum. That's right, a technically infinite attack loop using green! GranKuwagamon is 15k the turn it comes out, while BanchoStingmon hits 16k if it attacks something with 12k or more. Between either of these two, you should have no problem swinging over basically the entire game, and in the case of having Piercing(through BanchoStingmon or coming up through JP), you basically win the game right then and there if the opponent has enough Digimon.
Almost all of your Digimon aim to get the pieces you need into your hand as quickly as possible, with the vast majority of them having a search effect. Lilamon is the key ingredient necessary, and Dimension Scissor is the only card you have to hard-draw, but we're running 4 for the chance of seeing it sooner rather than later. Having Palmon as a base also gives you +2000 for every time you attack an opponent's Digimon, and that's not once-per-turn either.
