Locals winning Shoutmon deck. This build can build resources ridiculously fast, so I tuned it to search as much as possible to find my pieces for the EX6 play. You can deck yourself out, so be careful going into a deck that can mill you. Only change I might make is replacing the BY19 Taiki with the BT Nene to grab a source from trash if needed.
