Main points:
- The lv3 can search and fetch 2 cards, one Shoutmon card and one blitz card (shoutmon dx, marsmon, omnimon)
- The new lv5 can go over the lv3 in raising for 4 memory.
- The old Omnishout also gives Marsmon and Omnimon +1 sec
- Marsmon can go up to +18k and kill big targets to unsuspend and go into DX for 2 memory security checks and lower level deletion.
- All lv6s have blitz, giving room to play options and do boost tamers before attacking
