ST-05 x ST-15 (Budget)

Flavour Deck Name:  Machine Black Heart

A budget deck of the combination of ST-05 and ST-15.

While it isn't competitive enough, this deck is supposed to be a Budget Deck - it only combines both Starter Decks. I want it to be an entry point for players that want to start the game for fun without spending loads of money earlier on (but if you want to focus on the meta early on, you should still search for tips some place else - for a Budget Deck, this Deck may still be pretty underwhelming).

Side Deck contains cards that I cut out but am still considering to use OR cards that other people may reccomend but are from Boosters or other Starter Decks.
