Waifu-Green Mixed digsorption/burst

a rosemon control type deck that has commitment issues. digisorption effects exist on the top end with argomon and ceres and bloss. also has lots of digi bursters as well as options that force suspensions. would probably benefit from removal of digisorbtion and doubling down on the control aspects that stem from digiburst and option cards. nidhogmon is a good candidate to add as well as the new bt5 cards like raffles and the other rosemon
