Hello guys back at it again with a new list for my boi Emperor, hope you guys like it!
add a few kumamon, the agubond for is for testing if he permfors he will saty you can swap him for a Susanoo ACE or Blitz omni ftw.
note: Rowdy rocket was tested and it function great in this deck thanks to the oceania 1st EMP list
