Hi,

So i had this one come up recently.

I was attacking an unsuspended digimon with blocker (Judgement of the blade in the Royal Knight deck) and my opponent was wondering if he can "block" with that unsuspended digimon. At the time, it was agreed (with outside assistance) that he couldn't as the digimon was already the target of the attack therefore blocker couldnt be used as it cant change the target of the attack. (it was his only mon on the board).

I am wondering if this is how you guys would read it aswell or if we have got it wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

That ruling was incorrect. Your opponent is allowed to activate Blocker and it will allow you to trigger any effects that would go off as a result.
