General improvements for the site.

Hello, awesome site you have here. I think every TCG needs its own site like this. I hope this site becomes THE go to for players. A few suggestions I have is perhaps not letting decks get posted that aren't complete. There's quite a few deck lists that are just a few cards someone has cobbled together. Also the restricted list page should probably be fleshed out and made super clear seeing as Bandai's own restricted list page is kind of trash tbh.

Regarding incomplete decks, users aren't supposed to be able to submit decks that don't fulfil minimum deck size requirements. Could you link me a deck that bypasses that? Thanks!

No problem! My bad, I went back to check and it was a D-Reaper deck and I didn't realize it just had the pile of searchers it uses. My brain saw less pictures on screen so I thought less cards. It was fine.
